How are my calls handled after hours (Corporate hours live answering)?
Your service comes with a highly advanced voicemail system. You can set it up where your callers can leave a message and you retireve them at your convenience. Or, you may use our more advanced features, such as the 'Follow Me' or the 'Meet Me' set up. With 'Follow Me' everytime a message is left in your voicemail box, the system will call you (any telephone numbers you spedify) and notify you there is a mesage waiting for you. Just enter your password and retrieve the message. With 'Meet Me', the system will place your caller on hold, call you, announce the person's name on hold and you will have the option of taking the call at this time or sending the caller to voicemail to retrieve the message at a later time.

How many times will my phone ring before my new staff picks up the call?
We answer 98% of our calls by the third ring. Compare this to a regular answering service and see how long it takes for them to pick up your calls.

What if I'm not satisfied with my service and would like to cancel - can I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel your service within 7 days of starting your account, we will issue you a full refund. We are so confident that you will see the difference with our service, that we offer this to all new clients.

Is there any additional fee's to train my new staff on my account?
Absolutely not! Where most companies will charge anywhere from $40-$100 an hour with 2 or 3 hour minimums to learn about your company, Your new staff will gladly learn your company as part of our service. We do this by conversing with you on the details of your company, visiting your website and reading any print media you may have developed.
