What is mail forwarding and how does it work?
Mail forwarding is when we receive mail at any one of our facilities for your company and we re-mail it to any address that you specify. When your mail arrives, we will place it in a large envelope and mail it out to you.

How often will you forward our mail?
We will forward your mail in any time increment you specify. We can send you your mail daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you ask for it.

Which courier service do you use to send us our mail?
Unless you specify otherwise, we will send your mail regular US mail or Priority Mail (depending on how many pieces you have and how large your package is). Many of our client have FedEX, UPS or DHL accounts, in which they prefer for us to use to deliver mail.

Can we send you items to mail out for us from your address?
Absolutely. We call this re-mailing and it's included in your service. No one will ever know that you do not have a physical presence at our offices.

How will I know when I receive mail?
At your request, we will notify you by email when there's is mail delivered tot he office.

Can I have my mail sent to a different address than the one given at the I signed up for service?
Certainly. After we have notified you that there's mail at the office, just give us the address to where you would us to send it to. It's as simple as that. You may change the addresses to where you want mail delivered to as ofter as you like.
