Can I forward an existing number to my toll free number?
Yes you can. But, there is one disadvantage to this method. If you only have one line on your phone system, you can only get one call at a time. The other caller's would get a busy signal. If you use your toll free number directly, if you receive 100 or more simultaneously, no one ever gets a busy signal.

Can I use my existing toll free number with IMAGERY service?
If you do own your toll free number, you can have any of our member organizations handle all of your incoming calls to that number. You may also continue to use your current phone company if you wish, while having our staff answer your calls. If you are required to dial a pin number to access your toll free number, then you do not own it (it belongs to an answering service), and we cannot redirect the number.

Will I get a statement with my inbound calls on my monthly bill?
At your request, we can include a detail of incoming calls for your toll free number. It will include the number, city and state where the call originated from. If the caller block's their number, it will not show.

Can I block certain area codes?
Yes, we can block any area code that you wish. Local customers can be given your local number to call and the toll free number can be used for out-of-state calls.

If I decide to end the service, what happens when I receive calls?
If you decide to leave IMAGERY, we are still commited to helphing your project to most professional image possible. For a small fee of $50 we can re-direct your toll free number to any number you choose.
