By simply completing your account questionaire, we can assist your callers with any questions or inquiries they may have. With our advanced voicemail system, you will never miss an important call after hours. You may access your voicemail box, via password, at any time. If you instruct callers to be sent to your voicemail box during 'live answering' times, we will notify you instantly, that you have a message waiting for you. If you need more advanced features, such as 'Press 1 for customer service, Press 2 for sales, etc., we would be happy to set you up. Our advanced options also include "Follow Me" or "Find Me" features. This feature will allow you be located to inform you there is a message or that you have a caller on hold awaiting your response. At this time you may choose to take the call or have the caller sent to voicemail to retrieve the message at a later time. If you choose to take the call, you are charged at $.10 per minute for the duration of the time you are on the call. This covers the toll charges for using our systems to connect the call. These minutes are not subtracted from the package you choose.
Need office addresses to give your business real corporate appeal? No worries! You may use our NEW YORK and FLORIDA addresses as your own. Use our addresses on all of your print and web media. If we receive any mail for you at these locations, we will gladly forward it to any address you specify. There is no additional fee for this service. The only thing you are responsible for is the the postage. And guess what? If you receive any mail in which you do not feel you need the originals to...we can scan the documents and email them to you. Therefore, lowering your postage cost. Just another advantage to enjoy with IMAGERY!
